Your compliance data is regulatory evidence
We treat your records with the security and durability an EPA audit demands.
Every container action is timestamped in an append-only event log so exports can show who changed what and when.
You are never locked in. Export full audit trails to PDF in one click.
Audit logs are retained for at least three years to support RCRA inspection history and internal review.
Facility and container data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with continuous backups across multi-AZ AWS infrastructure.
Pricing FAQs
Common questions about plans and billing.
When is early access opening?
Early access is planned for summer 2026. We expect to open access in phases so we can support early customers well as they map facilities, users, labels, and existing records.
How long does setup take?
Smaller facilities can self-serve in under 20 minutes — add your facility, enter open containers with their accumulation start dates, and configure alert thresholds. No training required. If you have existing records, we can help you evaluate import options.
Can you import my existing data?
Yes. We can help import existing records from XLSX or CSV logs, and we also support AI-assisted document scan workflows for paper records. More complex imports may require a higher plan depending on data quality, cleanup needs, and whether specialized expertise is needed.
Will there be a free trial?
Yes. As early access opens, self-serve accounts get 30 days of full access with no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can choose a plan or pause the account. Your audit trail data is always exportable.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Facility records, audit trails, and exportable reports can be downloaded for inspections, internal review, legal counsel, or migration. RCRAReady is designed to support recordkeeping, not lock you into a black box.
What counts as a "facility"?
A facility is a single physical location with its own EPA ID. Multiple buildings on the same campus under one ID count as one facility. Labs in different buildings with separate IDs each count as one facility.
What is an "active container"?
An active container is any drum or waste vessel with an accumulation start date that hasn't yet been marked as shipped. Shipped and returned containers move to your historical log and don't count toward any limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Starter and Professional are self-serve plans, so you can move between them as your facility or team needs change. Scale is a custom rollout for larger deployments, integrations, or IT-supported onboarding.
Do you support APIs, webhooks, or integrations?
Yes, for Scale customers. We can discuss API, webhook, ERP, EHS, reporting, or internal-system integration needs as part of a custom rollout plan.
Does RCRAReady replace legal or regulatory advice?
No. RCRAReady helps track hazardous waste records, deadlines, workflows, and audit history, but facilities remain responsible for final compliance decisions under current EPA rules and applicable state programs.
Does RCRAReady file manifests or submit reports to RCRAInfo?
No. RCRAReady helps track shipment readiness, manifest return follow-up, and related deadlines. Official manifest and reporting workflows remain with the facility, transporter, TSDF, and applicable EPA or state systems.
How is data protected?
RCRAReady is hosted on AWS in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest, with continuous backups across multi-AZ infrastructure and append-only audit events designed to preserve a durable history of record changes. For more detail, see the Trust Center.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your audit trail and facility records before cancellation. After cancellation, account access and retention follow the service terms for your plan; larger rollouts can discuss preservation or migration needs during onboarding.
Is RCRAReady built for SQGs, LQGs, or both?
Both. The 90-day (LQG) and 180-day (SQG) accumulation clocks are tracked independently per container. Alert thresholds are configurable so you receive warnings at 60, 75, and 85 days regardless of your generator status.
