Yes. Facility records, audit trails, and reports can be downloaded anytime for inspections, internal review, counsel, or migration. Export before cancelling; after cancellation, access and retention follow the service terms for your plan.

Yes. During setup, an authorized RCRAInfo user adds their API ID and key. RCRAReady imports the sites on that account, pulls their e-Manifests, links them to shipments, and alerts you about return copies and follow-up. Official manifest submission stays with the facility, transporter, TSDF, and EPA or state systems.

Both. Each container's accumulation clock follows its generator category, including the 90-day LQG and 180-day SQG limits, and alert thresholds are configurable.
